LOVE SICK POSTER

LC State theatre program to perform twisted comedy ‘Love/Sick’ on Oct. 29-Nov. 2

LEWISTON, Idaho –  The Lewis-Clark State College theatre program’s fall production of the slightly twisted comedy, “Love/Sick” will have performances at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 29-Nov. 2 at the Silverthorne Theatre, located in the LC State Administration Building.

“Love/Sick” is a collection of nine short, completely hilarious plays by Jon Cariani. Set on a Friday night in an alternate suburban reality, the 80-minute production becomes a place where couples meet, break apart, or learn to love each other more honestly. The production is filled with imperfect lovers and dreamers and is rated PG-13 for some mature content.

Jef Petersen, a theater instructor and Silverthorne technical director in the LC State Humanities Division, is the director.

Admission is $10 for general admission, $7 for seniors and military service members, and free for LC State students and alumni with ID cards. Take $2 off admission on Oct. 31 by bringing a non-perishable food item to donate for the LC State Warrior Pantry to “Scare Away Hunger.”
