The following divisions are part of Administrative Services: the Budget Office, the Controller's Office, Grants and Contracts, Human Resource Services, Physical Plant, Purchasing and Security. With guidance from the Vice President for Finance and Administration, these divisions assure the business side of the college provides superior internal and external support.

The Office of Grants & Contracts (OGC) supports the institution’s faculty and staff in their pursuit and management of external funding from grants and contracts which promote LCSC’s mission, priorities and programs. The unit also provides compliance monitoring for the institution.
The Campus Security Department is responsible for enforcement of policies, rules, and regulations set forth by the State of Idaho, Idaho State Board of Education, and Lewis-Clark State College.
